When will I receive my order?
Upon receiving your order, we will process it as quickly as possible. Once you have submitted and paid for your order, it will be immediately sent to our warehouse to be prepared for shipment. The estimated delivery time will be displayed on our website at the time you place your order.
How can I find out when a product is back in stock?
If an item on the website is currently out of stock, you can sign up for our "Back in Stock" notification service. We will send you an immediate alert as soon as the item becomes available again. Simply click the "Notify Me When Back in Stock" button on the product page, and we will send you an email notification as soon as the item is restocked.
How do I return an item? What is the return period?
You may return your entire order, or individual items within your order, within 90 days of receiving your shipment.
If you wish to return an item, please use the included return label to ship the product back to us.
If you do not have a return label, or if the label was missing from your package, please send an email to dangthuythuy13065@gmail.com. Please include your order number and details regarding the specific items you wish to return.
How can I exchange a product for a different size?
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, please click here to fill out our return form. Once we receive your request, we will ship the requested size to you, along with a return label for you to send back the original item from your order.
How do I report a defective product? What does the warranty/complaint process cover?
If a product you purchased from harkila.com does not meet your expectations, please send an email to dangthuythuy13065@gmail.com. In your email, please include detailed photos of the issue, a description of the problem, and your order number. We will process your complaint as quickly as possible.
If you purchased the product from one of our retailers, you must return the item to that store to initiate the warranty claim process. Please ensure you bring your proof of purchase from the retailer.
